I.NCKU Notices for Payment of Miscellaneous Fees and Credit Fees
The university no longer sends printed copies of miscellaneous fee and credit fee payment slips.Please visit the Miscellaneous Fee Portal Site of the Bank of Taiwan to download the payment slips. To avoid incorrect payments, please select the correct semester, academic year, and payment item.Please avoid overpayments or duplicate payments to protect your rights
Please complete the payment before the due date. Students who fail to pay their tuition fee before the designated period shall be regarded as nonregistered and suspended in accordance with National Cheng Kung University Academic Regulations. This does not apply to individuals with a student loan.
To ensure that students’ rights are guaranteed, the university will send a payment reminder e-mail to each student’s provided e-mail address (visit the NCKU official website-> shortcut “Cheng-Kung Portal” to check your e-mail address).
II.Procedure for downloading and printing payment slips
1. Visit the Miscellaneous Fee Portal Site of the Bank of Taiwan
2. Select “Student login”
3. Enter your National ID number and student ID number (date of birth is not required)
4. Select “Confirm” to query student payment data
5. The student payment data that appear on the screen can be printed. To print a slip, please select “Generate a PDF version of the payment slip” and wait a few seconds. A window will pop up asking whether to directly open the generated document or to save it. After you open the PDF, you may print it on an A4-size page.
III. Accepted payment methods:
(1Payment at a counter of any branch of the Bank of Taiwan.
(2) Payment at a counter of any post office.
(3) Online ATM system of any financial institution.
(4) Payment using a debit card at an ATM with an interbank transfer function.
Select the “Payment” service of an ATM to be exempted from the maximum transfer limit of NT$30,000.
(5)Maximum payment allowed at convenience stores (i.e., Hilife, OK Mart, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven) is NT$ 40,000. (Please do not pay at a convenience store if the amount to be paid exceeds NT$ 40,000)
(6)Use “Taiwan Pay” mobile payment
(7) Unionpay card
(8) Credit card:
A、Payment by phone
(1) Call 02-41211111, enter 772 for the service code, enter 004 for financial institution code, press 1, enter the payment ID number (as printed on the payment slip), and provide your National ID number and credit card number.
(2) Alternatively call 02-27608818 → press 1 → enter 8814600014 for the designated university code → press # → enter your account number (as printed on the payment slip) → press # → enter your credit card number (16 digits) → press # → enter the four-digit expiration date of your credit card (month and year) → press # → enter the three-digit verification number → press #. A six-digit verification code will be generated—please memorize the code and call the same number again to check if the payment has been successful.
B.、Online payment
Visit https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx and select credit card payment → enter National ID number of the card owner, the card issuer code, and the payment ID number (as printed on the payment slip) → press “Login for payment” → carefully verify all information before pressing “Confirm payment details” → select “Credit card online payment” → select card issuer and enter credit card number and expiration date before pressing “Confirmation of payment” → agree to the letter of authorization and press “Confirmation of payment” → successfully complete the payment (please print and retain the transaction record for future reference).
*Overseas students may download the payment slip online in their own country and pay online by credit card.* (Limited to the issuing bank of the cooperation of the Bank of Taiwan )
C、Overseas and Mainland Chinese students use foreign credit cards( Excluding Unionpay card ) to pay tuition fee ,please visit the online payment platform
The account is student ID number。
The password is the last four digits of the student ID number。
IV. Invoice printing
Payers who require an official invoice after the payment may conduct the following procedure 2 days after the payment to acquire one (7 business days are required to process payments made at a convenience store or post office or you pay by credit card).
1. Visit the Miscellaneous Fee Portal Site of the Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw
2. Select “Student login”
3. Enter your National ID number and student ID number (date of birth is not required)
4、Select “Confirm” to query student payment data
5、The student payment data that appear on the screen can be printed. Please select “Generate a PDF version of the payment invoice” and wait a few seconds. A window will pop up asking whether to directly open the generated document or to save it. After you open the PDF, you may print it on an A4-size page. If you need the invoice to be stamped by the university, please bring it to the first and second counter of the Cashier Division for stamping as proof of registration payment. (Please select the correct semester and academic year when printing the invoice).
V. Printing of payment record
Please visit the “registration and payment information” section on the website of the Register Division and click “Student payment status” to print the payment record (color printing is recommended).
